I used to think ice was, well... just ice. I never gave ice much thought before my current role, preparing for the opening of Iceploration, Busch Gardens biggest ice show to date.

For the first few years of my zoo career at Busch Gardens, I worked with the orangutans as well as the chimps and gorillas. While I don’t currently work with orangutans, they still hold a very special place in my heart. Since they still mean so much to me, I am eager to share some of my orangutan knowledge with you from time to time….
