Just in case you missed out on our Facebook game last week, we took a little plush giraffe named Raffie all around the park and took his picture doing some pretty cool things. Busch Gardens Tamp Bay welcomes four new members to our blog team! We now have more unique park perspectives from both the Horticulture department and the Zoo Education department.

Jose Dominguez and Bethany Cable both work with our special animals that have been trained for human interaction. You might see them walking around the park with anything from a Southern Ground Hornbill to a Two-Toed Sloth. They also work in the presentation kitchen of the Animal Care Center. You can look forward to hearing about some of the lesser-known but super cool animals we have in the park.

Halloween is just around the corner -- time to get creative with your treats! You wouldn't believe how easy it is to take your classic favorites and deck them out with a Halloween "costume."

For those of our guests who came to the Moroccan Palace yesterday for our big Iceploration show announcement, you probably got a chance to sample the two AMAZING cakes that were served to celebrate. Making TWO 4’ by 4’ cakes isn’t an easy task. But thankfully Busch Gardens has a wonderfully talented culinary staff and a mastermind cake maker by the name of Michael Craig.

The Howl-O-Scream Shop of Horrors is now open and filled with nightmarish merchandise to help you remember your evening of undead excitement should you happen to lose a chunk of your brain due to a certain hoard.

Our two female lionesses Iris and Rose just celebrated their fifth birthdays last weekend and WOW did we throw a party!
