Busch Gardens is celebrating National Dance Day this Saturday, July 30.
Guests will have the chance to see their favorite Dance Challenge winners from the past several weeks square off in the “Ultimate National Dance Day Dance-off” competition at 8:30 p.m. before the Kinetix show in Gwazi Park.
National Dance Day is the last Saturday in July, as declared by The Dizzy Feet Foundation, and it was created to encourage people of all ages to get up and get moving! The Dizzy Feet Foundation was formed in 2009 by So You Think You Can Dance judge Nigel Lythgoe, Adam Shakman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Katie Holmes.
We want to shine a spotlight on our amazing dance groups here at Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Throughout the week we will feature many of our dance groups right here on our blog.
First up, we would like to recognize our Island Night Dancers at Adventure Island. Guest can find fire dancers, Hula Dancers and Party Starters on the main beach every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night until August 13.

Look out for Party Starters to show you a good time. They perform four 30-minute shows starting at 5 p.m. ,creating a constant dance party on the main beach.

The Polynesian hula dancers at Adventure Island really know how to move. The hula dancers perform all around the park to an island beat.

The hottest event of Island Nights is our Fire Dancers. These guys spin, throw and even lick fire in their routine.

Check back tomorrow to meet some more of Busch Gardens’ amazing dancers.
